I went into the story having no idea what it was about, save for the intriguing synopsis at the back of the book, and i’ve resisted the strong urge to read reviews in fear of spoilers, because i was.

An absolute mindfuck of a read, but worth every instance of 'what the fuck' i thought along the way. Martin chilton of the daily telegraph describes the novel as an impressively challenging and philosophical book for young adults, capturing ambiguity and bewilderment of being young and the uncertainty. The “more than this” in the title appear multiple times and in a variety of ways. The second is when the plot starts to pick up pace.
The book is in 3 parts, the first being very dystopian and as though you’ve been teleported into a state of oblivion.
